Using my products = agreeing to the stated terms & conditions
Products/Services
Verostack has sites made externally and sells them here, we do not provide ongoing or legal compliance advice unless bought package states this service.
Pricing & Payments
Payment will be upfront once package is agreed on, all packages sold by verostack are Un refundable, unless package states ongoing support until 'X' amount of RIO is made and that is not fufilled.
All invoices are are to be paid within 7 days, late payments may attract a 5% fee.
Client Responsibilities
Delays in providing content may extend project timelines.
Delivery & Timelines
All timeframes are estimates. We are not liable for delays out of our control.
Revisions
Each package comes with 1 re design. Each redesign after that will be $200.
Liabilities
We are not liable for indirect losses, data loss or business interruption. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product/service.
Intellectual Property
We retain ownership of all intellectual property, icluding designs, code amd concepts until full payment is received. Once full payment is made ownership of the deliverables is transferred to the client. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing.
Refunds & Termination
all packages sold by verostack are Un refundable, unless package states ongoing support until 'X' amount of RIO is made and not fufilled.
Termination of services by either party may terminate with written notice. any payments made will be 50% refunded, if 'X' amount of ROI was stated and not fulfilled.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Auatralia. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
